SMA connectors and both bottom- and top-cover are easily (dis)assembled to support easy exchange of PCBs for experimentation purposes.

RF enclosure features
- CNC milled aluminum housing. The housing is very robust. The mechanical dimensions all have a tolerance of better than 0.1 mm.
- The housing and the cover plates are nickel-plated, which protects the surface quality of the aluminum for decades and at the same time ensures a low contact resistance between the housing and the cover plates.
- Feed-through capacitor, designed to supply power to the unit. Here you can snap a test cable or solder a wire.
- Turret connection, designed to ground the unit.
- 3 SMA connectors, which give you many options for your RF design. All SMA ports can be used up to 18 GHz.
- 2 blind cover plates for unused SMA ports. The cover plates have exactly the same dimensions as the SMA connector base plates.
- Top and bottom cover plates. These parts are also CNC milled aluminum and therefore also have a mechanical accuracy of better than 0.1 mm.
- Complete set of screws
- Excellent RF shielding. The enclosure is fully closed and has very low impedance at all connections.
- The enclosure can function as a heat sink or can be used to attach a heat sink. The enclosure design uses a raised edge to which the PCB is attached with up to 8 screws. In this way, optimum heat transfer from PCB to enclosure is made possible.
- The bottom of the PCB can also be partially populated, if desired.

Please select the SMA connector that matches your needs. There are two types to choose from:
- Brass body, gold plated SMA connector with a pin diameter of 1.3 mm, 18 GHz frequency rating.
- Stainless steel, passivated, SMA connector with a pin diameter of 1.3 mm, 18 GHz frequency rating.
